申请EPN的几个要点：
1，英文站，其实根本不需要有多少流量等。
2，要有EBAY帐号。
3，不一定是美国地址才好批。
4，注意看确认信里的内容，要两次确认的。
5，会打电话给你，一般在EST 时间 中午左右。
6，打电话也不会问你什么，就问你的网站是什么，信箱是什么。
7，电话可以用Google Voice。

其实，有些时候，老外跟中国人一样聪明，这里我引用一段ebay的对话，给大家参考：

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXX,
hi, we’re selling the same item. I got the offer from a buyer. i will place bid on your item, if i win, u mail it to my buyer, so your item wont sell so cheap, what do u think about that?
